What is Como Cookies?
Como Cookies is a cookie company that manufactures gourmet baked goods using premium ingredients made in small batches to ensure quality, taste and freshness.
Does Como Cookies have a retail location?
Currently, we do not have a retail location. We manufacture our products in a food safe kitchen and ship our products directly to you. We deliver for events only in Columbia, MO and nearby towns. We also focus on local pop up shops where customers can purchase our cookies in person.
How do I order?
Place an order directly on our website. Choose your flavor, add to your cart, and check out.
Or give us a call now and speak to a representative. 573-206-9118 We can process your order right over the phone! All you need is your cookie flavor, address and your credit card ready for processing.
Can I purchase a monthly subscription?
No, but we will soon have that option in the future.
Can I purchase a box as a gift? And send it to someone else?
Yes. Upon checkout, use the shipping address section to add the address of "where the cookies are going". Before you added the product to your cart, select the gift option if you would like special gift wrapping.

Can I pick up my order?
We are working on getting a table at the local Columbia Farmers Market. Once we secure a table and complete the paperwork, we will offer pick ups at our table.(Shipping cost will be billed at time of order to secure your pickup. Shipping will be refunded if you show) If the pickup is missed, your box will be sent via usps and shipped Monday. (TBD based on expecting a baby Oct 2017 ^_^)
Pickups will most certainly be available at our local pop up shop locations.

What if I entered an Incorrect Mailing Address when I purchased my cookies?
Give us a call immediately at 573 206-9118, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org OR send us a text message at 573 206-9118
How do I change my address?
You can change your address for future purchases inside of your account. Login to your account with your account information and make the changes in personal information. If you entered an incorrect address when you purchased, follow the instructions above.
How do I Add on an additional box to my order?
Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. Simply reorder or allow us to add the box for you via phone or email. We will have to charge for the additional box of cookies as well as the difference in shipping.
Can I remove items from a previous order?
Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made on the website. Give us a call, we can fix the error and give a refund for the additional box you did not want.
What is the "On Sale Policy"?
If you purchase/order a box of cookies when they were on sale, we offer no refunds or exchanges.
How do I Cancel an order?
You can always, call or email us and we will refund your order before it is made. If production has started and your item is on the way, we cannot offer a refund.
